3 years after bringing EOS 5D into the market and braking the whole new affordable full-frame DSLR world back then, Canon has announced the 5D replacement – 5D Mark II. Canon users have been eagerly anticipating for its arrival. I personally have been waiting for this fella since last year. In fact, the whole DSLR world has been waiting for this significant moment. They want to see how Canon counters its head-to-head competitor, Nikon, in their recent semi-pro full-frame DSLR D700 release.

I have to admit that my first impression on this release was: disappointment.
A leisure dinner treat at Marché on weekday is definitely a stress releasing. Good food can no doubt cheer me up after a bad day. If you have been to Marché at Vivo City, you may agree with me that the ambiance is fabulous for a weekday dinner treat.
Western cooking stations packed in a faux Swiss chalet setting, offering rotisseries, handmade pastas, salads and soups, not forgetting their variety meats grilled on wood-fed flames. Oh and also, their traditional Swiss breads and tarts are at tempting smell too!

We have heard of Timbre for quite some time, but never had a chance to dine in or at least enjoyed The Goodfellas performance on every Saturday at Timbre @ The Substation. We finally had made up our mind and be there around 8pm. We were surprised to get a seat as it’s always crowded. Maybe we were still early, as the band only starts performing around 10.30pm.
